1.Curriculum Instruction

The curriculum of bachelor’s degree for further study programme emphasizes on the interconnection between interdisciplinary and research. Taking Public Administration as the core module, social science research methods including quantitative and qualitative research, critical thinking, and introduction of statistics serve as foundation courses for our core curriculum. The main subjects of our professional curriculum comprises three main fields which are Public Administration and Policy field (i.e. Public Administration, Organization Theory and Behavior, Public Policy, and Public Human Resource Management), the Legal field (i.e. Introduction to Law, Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, and Introductory Civil Law) and Politics field (i.e. Introduction to Political Science, Comparative Government, and Political Party and Election, Media Politics). The curriculum is designated to help students to understand the theory and practice of public administration and management and to establish personal professions for development in future career.

Graduation credits of the bachelor’s degree further study programs are 128 in total including 82 from compulsory courses (in which 26 credits for general courses). The minimum required credits of elective courses of our department are 22 and other elective courses are 24. In the future, the vision of the school, college, and department will continue to be implemented. Taking Public Administration as the main module, with multivariate and issue-oriented teaching approach, our version is to cultivate comprehensive abilities of public administration and continue to flourish as a major institute for research on public administration.
